OPTION B: Immediate registration – Review to follow within 6 months
Applicants who require a visa letter or proof of registration for funding purposes benefit most from this option.
Please email the documents AND submit hard copies of the following to the Doctoral Office:
- Completed FORM A1
- Approval from the relevant Head of Department/Division/Centre supporting the application
- Curriculum vitae of applicant and external supervisor(s)
- A completed and signed Stellenbosch 万博体育官网 Postgraduate Application form (Please note that this is NOT FORM A1)
- Proof of payment of R100-00 application fee (not applicable to international students who are required to pay annual fees before they may be registered)
- Certified copy of the passport for international students

- The completed and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement
Remember that the Review is to be conducted within SIX (6) months from date of registration. Details of the review process can be obtained from The Doctoral Office.?
