At the CTL our primary role is the professional learning of academics at Stellenbosch 万博体育官网 (SU), with regard to their teaching role. We focus on teaching-learning-assessment (TLA) at SU. 

As such, our core responsibilities include offering professional learning opportunities for SU academics such as short courses on various TLA topics, including PREDAC. We govern TLA policies, provide resources and encourage research in the field. We also administer funding opportunities and run recognition programs, fellowships and awards for SU teaching staff.
